Former employees and high-profile witnesses have testified in Sean “Diddy” Combs’ federal trial, painting a disturbing picture of abuse and control.

The trial involves federal charges against Combs, including sex trafficking, racketeering, and prostitution-related crimes, with testimony from accusers like Cassandra “Cassie” Ventura, former assistant “Mia,” and rapper Kid Cudi.

Mia, a former assistant, testified about enduring physical, emotional, and sexual abuse while working for Combs, describing alleged rapes and violent outbursts.

Legal expert Neama Rahmani stated that the outcome of the trial may depend on proving coercion and trafficking beyond consensual behavior.

Rahmani explained that even if Combs is convicted of lesser crimes like prostitution but acquitted of racketeering or sex trafficking, it would still be a significant win for the defense.
