The woman’s lawsuit against Jay-Z and Diddy has been withdrawn with prejudice, meaning it cannot be revived. Jay-Z’s attorney, Alex Spiro, denies that Jay-Z has ever met the woman.

The woman is heard in the recording saying her lawyer, Tony Buzbee, pushed her to sue Jay-Z, which Buzbee denies, calling it a “blatant lie.” Jay-Z’s attorney believes the recording exonerates Jay-Z, stating, “She says in no uncertain terms Mr. Carter did not do this.”
