Cardi B Scores $1.2 Million Repayment Plan From Bankrupt Tasha K
Reportedly, Tasha K has agreed to pay Cardi B over $1 million in the next five years and refrain from making derogatory statements about her.
The bankruptcy plan will cover only $1.2 million of the $3.9 million judgment, with Tasha owing the rest even after the repayment plan. Tasha will make quarterly payments to her unsecured creditors, primarily to Cardi, starting at $44,907 and escalating to $81,057 by year five.
The agreement includes a non-disparagement clause preventing Tasha from mentioning Cardi or her family on any of her online platforms. Cardi has been pursuing Tasha for the judgment money, with her attorneys accusing Tasha of fraudulent schemes to shield assets and income from creditors.
