Wendy’s legal guardian, Sabrina Morrissey, filed court documents claiming Wendy is “cognitively impaired and permanently incapacitated.” Kevin Hunter Jr. expressed concern about Wendy’s isolation, stating it is “killing her faster than anything else.” Wendy’s recent public outings have been in Florida, including attending her son’s graduation from Florida International University.
